TECHNOLOGY

We currently have 01 factory on an area of nearly 15,000 M2 in Binh Duong Province, the center of wood processing industry in Vietnam.  

We have been constructing 01 new factory in Binh Duong on 15,000 M2 , which will be completed at the end of 2018.

 

We have invested in the hi-tech machinery available in Asia, particular from Japan and Taiwan such as:

- Automatic finger joined (Taihei-Japan)

- Radio Frequency Press (Fujielectric-Japan)

- Rotary Composer Press (Mitsutomi-Japan)

- Four Side Planner (Lida-Japan)

- Wide Belt Sander (Timesaver-USA)

- Copying Sanding Shaping machine with 6 Operating Heads FC6

- Cutting & shaping CNC machine (IMA Klessmann -Euro)

- UV coating machine (Giardina -Euro)

 MATERIALS :

Our products are manufactured from a wide range of material sources:

-   Imported sources (about 10%): FSC and non-FSC Beech, Oak, Ash, Pine… imported from America, Europe and New Zealand...

 -  Local sources (about 90%): such as Acacia, Rubber, Xoan, Nacre coming from state-managed forests and plantations in Vietnam.

With management board’s experience in the wood industry and our purchasing team’s expertise, we always search for the materials coming from legal origins, environment-friendly and satisfying the customers’ requirements.
